English: 15 April 2010. Alleyway between Baronet Grove and Vicarage Road.
My ward colleagues Cllrs Reg Rice and Lorna Reith wait while I photograph a dumped mattress and bed for reporting to Haringey Enterprise. ═══════════════════════════════ We have some aristocratic-sounding roads in Tottenham. Lordship Lane leads to Bruce Castle (owned at one time by the Scottish Royal Family). We used to have a Prince of Wales Hospital but it was turned into flats. As you'd expect, Queen Street meets Princes Street. And, of course, there's a Windsor Road. So this alley at the end of Baronet Grove is not the most impressive example of nobility. |
