Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The Common Barn Owl (Tyto alba) is a medium-sized bird known for its distinctive physical traits. Standing at 33 to 39 centimeters (13 to 15 inches) tall, it is relatively large for its size category. Its impressive wingspan, ranging from 80 to 95 centimeters (31 to 37 inches), enables smooth and silent gliding through the air.

With an elongated body measuring 33 to 39 centimeters (13 to 15 inches) in length, the Common Barn Owl is covered in soft, insulating feathers that enhance its ability to fly silently, making it a masterful nocturnal hunter.
