Beschreibung des Wappens: „Geviert durch ein blaues Kreuz von Silber und Rot; 1 ein rotes Tatzenkreuz, 2 ein sechsstrahliger silberner Stern, 3 ein gestürzter silberner Anker, 4 ein schräglinks gestellter roter Karst.“
Beschreibung des Banners: „Die Farben der Stadt sind weiß-blau-rot. Das Banner ist weiß-blau-rot gespalten mit dem aufgelegten Wappen oberhalb der Mitte.“
