Català: Bandera apaïsada, de proporcions dos d'alt per tres de llarg, dividida horitzontalment en dues franges iguals, blanca la superior i vermella la inferior, i damunt del tot i al centre, un drac d'alçada 7/9 de la del drap, de color verd amb la llengua vermella.[1][2]
Español: Bandera apaisada, de proporciones dos de alto por tres de largo, dividida horizontalmente en dos franjas iguales, blanca la superior y roja la inferior, sobre la división y en el centro, un dragón de altura 7/9 de la del paño, de color verde con la lengua roja.[3][4]
