At the junction of Scotland Green and Kemble Road, what should be a green attractive corner of Hartington Park has become a regular dumping spot. I reported this for clearance through Haringey's online <a href="http://www.haringey.gov.uk/index/contact/report_a_problem.htm" rel="noreferrer nofollow">Report-a-Problem webpage</a>. (Any resident can use this to report dumping, broken paving, potholes, and similar problems.) But I also wrote to the Urban Environment Department asking what can be done to break what seems to be a "cycle" of frequent dumping here.
