English: Bagman in the Central London This extraordinary sight was photographed on the corner of Kingsway and High Holborn: a man pushing a trolley laden with assorted plastic bags - contents unknown - along the pavement, the weight of it being such as to make it hard to manoeuvre. Passers-by looked on, even lent a helping hand, but no-one spoke...the magnitude of the operation was awe-inspiring and yet heart-breaking too. |
