Description
Русский: Сборник, связанный с деятельностью Николая Владимировича Ханыкова (1822—1878), генерального консула в Тавризе в 1853—1857 гг. Письмо, гласящее: «Получено февраля 27. От <нрзб.> (?) общества донесение с приложением пятидесяти одной печати разного звания людей. Г. Корпусному Командиру. Ныне управляющий нами военный начальник Г. Майор Граф N. и офицер при нем находящийся переводчиком, входя в нужды и положение наше, стараются о благосостоянии и тишине народа и с совершенным бескорыстием и справедливостью с нами обходятся. Справедливее коих чиновников, мы еще не видывали. За каковое обхождение их мы находим себя обязанными и даже почитаем первейшим нашим долгом объявить Вашему Высокопревосходительству всенижайшую нашу благодарность и за милость, которую Вы назначением их нам оказать изволили».
