English: VICENZA, Italy – Members of Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers (BOSS) Vicenza visit “Poli Grappa Distillery and Museum” in Schiavon Feb. 25, 2023. During the tour, the guide presented several areas where distillation takes place with old alembics and ancient cellars containing wooden barrels where grappa is put to age, before participants concluded their visit with the tasting of the Poli distillates.
