En una habitación de la Casa de la Cultura de Villa Nueva, un placa metálica señala que allí funciona la Biblioteca Pública Municipal Luis Roberto Altamira. En el bronce puede leerse que la misma “fue creada por Ordenanza 022-91 y Decreto 107-91” El 25 de agosto del año 1991, durante la Intendencia de Carlos W. Zanotti. La letra de metal de otra placa informa que se reinauguró el 7 de octubre de 1996, bajo la Intendencia de Braulio Zanotti. Ubicada en calle Deán Funes 1259, Villa Nueva, Córdoba.
