Čeština: Vlajka obce Březejc. Modrý list, ve střední části položená osekaná březová větev s vyrůstajícím bílým trojlistem a provázena nahoře dvěma a dole třemi žlutými šesticípými hvězdami. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
