Le Palais de Justice de Petit-Goâve. La Juridiction de Petit-Goâve dont le siège se trouve dans ladite ville compte sur sa responsabilité les (5) tribunaux de Paix de Léogane, Trouin, Grand-Goave, Petit-Goâve et Vialet. Cet édifice, dans sa structure initiale, a été construit lors du retour au pouvoir de Jean Bertrand Aristide en 1995 par le Coopération Canadienne. L'étage supérieur a été ajouté, il y a quatre ans. Il abrite le Décanat du Tribunal, Le Parquet de la République, Les bureaux de la Greffe, les salles d'audience et autres services légaux.

Des retouches importantes doivent être apportées à cet important édifice judiciaire de toute la Région des Palmes.
