Summary

[edit]
Description

This car was meant to be the great hope for the British car industry in the mid seventies by becoming a modern mini. It never worked, much like the car. This one had a sticker plastered around it with the words 'millionaire' written on it. Why would a millionaire drive a Metro? The ride was poor and the wheels alarmingly left the ground on bends or gravel even at low speeds. The suspension was negligible, the gears harsh and the steering loose. This one nearly killed us when the breaks failed...

The car is about to drive through an extended ford in West Somerset.
