Description
Deutsch: Ruoka järjestys kuudelle hengelle Wasan läänin lazaretisa. [Speise­ordnung für sechs Personen im Lazarett des Läns Vaasa ], Vaasa 1787.

Der Abdruck der Lazaretspeiseordnung stellt zweifelsohne ein Kuriosum unter den Greifswalder Fennica-Be­ständen dar. Für die kleine 1776 eingerichtete Lonciderische Buchdruckerei, war die Erledigung be­hörd­licher Aufträge eine wichtige Einnahmequelle. Dass dieser Druck nach Greifswald gelangte, dürfte daher rühren, dass Druckereien direkt oder über die Reichskanzlei stossweise Kleinstdrucke und lose Bö­gen an die vorpommersche Universität überstellten. Der erste finnische Nationalbibliograph F. W. Pipping 1856/57 hat den Druck nur nach Hinweisen von Informanten auf­ge­nommen. Auch die fin­ni­sche Nationalbibliothek führt den Druck derzeit ohne eigenen Bestandnachweis.

Speise­ordnung für sechs Personen
Am Sonntag.
Zum Frühstück: Butter mit einem halben Brot.
Zur Hauptmahlzeit: Kohl oder Suppe aus Wurzelgemüse bzw. Wruken, dazu eine Fleischbrühe aus 6 Pfund (à 425g) Fleisch. In die Suppe werden 3 Jungfrauenmaß (à 8,2 cl) Gerstengrütze gegeben, und in den Kohl ein Jungfrauenmaß Hafergrütze. Das Fleisch wird mit ein wenig Butter und Ingwer geschmort bzw. gebraten.

Zum Abendbrot: Grießbrei und ein Viertel Stof (0,327 l) Milch für jede Person.
