| Description |
English: Political correctness meets fungus nomenclature. To avoid any accusation of anti-semitism, I'll call this "Judas-ear" or "Jelly-ear" fungus. It grows on wet wood (particularly elm and elder, says Wikipedia) in shaded conditions. This fine example was found deep inside a damp woodstack. |
