"À l’image du quartier, l’œuvre tisse les rails comme les nouveaux arrivants tissent des liens. Un dynamisme multiculturel s’incarne dans la rencontre de ces rails et de ces petits wagons dispersés. Une lumière voyage le long de la voie ferrée comme l’âme de ces voyageurs partis à la rencontre d’un monde nouveau. Oeuvre sculpturale lumineuse permanente installée sur la Place de la Gare Jean-Talon, première d'une série de 4 oeuvres présentées sur des sites emblématiques de l'arrondissement Villeray–Saint-Michel–Parc-Extension, leg de la Ville de Montréal à l'occasion de son 375e anniversaire.
