CPU Package after heating the IHS and glue in order to expose the die. I did not know if this used indium solder so I heated it as a precaution, a chunk of the PCB on the right side came off due to the glue and was stuck to the IHS. If this thing worked before it sure doesn't at this point... The thermal paste was hard and dry. |
