За эту картину в 1827 Алексеев был признан достойным награждения золотой медалью 2-й степени, которую получил в 1829. В 1827 картина была приобретена П. П. Свиньиным для „Русского музеума"; как и остальная коллекция, очевидно, была им продана на аукционе в 1834.
