| Description |
English: At the end of the Line: Taken from the road just beyond Barton Railway Station, this looks at first sight to be a precarious place to stand! Fortunately, I was standing beyond the railway buffers, so for 99.999% of the time, I should have been safe. I was probably far more at risk from road traffic in this position! An approaching train can be seen in the far distance. Imperfections in the track are exaggerated by use of a very long focal length lens. |
