Title
At Oyster Bay?
Description
Theodore Roosevelt sits on the ground with his legs crossed, his hands holding his safari helmet, and with gritted teeth, in front of a post labelled Oyster Bay No Talk on Politics for Two (2) Months T.R. Standing in front of Roosevelt is a caricature of an oyster, while flying overhead is an airplane labelled political reporter while standing nearby are a winged donkey who says That man Roosevelt can do anything! and an elephant who says Wonderful. Ex-President Roosevelt was scheduled to return to his summer home in Oyster Bay on June 18 after spending much of the preceding year travelling in Africa and Europe. Upon arriving in Oyster Bay, Roosevelt was quoted as saying There is one thing that I want, and that is absolute privacy. I want to close up like a native oyster.
