Aspaasgården, Dronningens gate 28, bygård oppført etter brann 1879 i nygotisk stil (ark. Johan Digre og Lars Solberg) for gullsmed Møllers enke, og den rommet foruten leiligheter også Møllers gullsmedforretning. Fra 1910 tilhørte gården glassmesterfirmaet Gerh. K. Aspaas A/S, grunnlagt 1893, nedlagt 2007. Firmaet drev innramming, glassverksted og kunstgalleri. Gården ble 2007 solgt til Schøller Hotel, som fra før eide nabogården, Dronningens gate 26 og som skal benytte de øvre etasjene til en utvidelse av hotellet. I første etasje finnes det velassorterte Te- og Kaffehuset A/S. Gården har bevart mye av sitt opprinnelige preg, med rik fasadeutsmykning, som bl.a omfatter skulpturer i nisjer på fasaden.
