Description The watchman who looks after the church says she remembers that when she was a child, at the beginning of the 20th century, Spaniards used to bring skins of a very sweet olive oil that was stored in this vat. It was used exclusively for the liturgical night-light, the red candle, which signals the presence of the Eucharist in the tabernacle..
