Description
English: Arquivo S - Antigo sistema de votação do Senado Federal, memória da antiga capital.

O Museu Histórico Itamar Franco, no Salão Nobre do Senado Federal, abriga fotos de todos os presidentes do Senado, desde a Independência até os dias de hoje. Há ainda objetos antigos que pertenceram aos palácios Conde dos Arcos e Monroe, antigas sedes dos senadores quando o Rio de Janeiro era a capital. É possível ver as antigas mesas, fabricadas em 1867, e microfones utilizados pelos parlamentares nos anos 40 e 50.
