Description
This is the November 1915 issue of the Armco Bulletin, a monthly publication "to facilitate an interchange of thought and suggestion, and to create a better understanding of the activities and problems of the Operating Department employees." This bulletin is untitled, but has the following biblical proverb on its cover: "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice, but when the wicked bear its rule the people will mourn." The pagination in this issue continues where the previous issue ended. Page 305 is blank, and is not present in the digital object.
