This is the February 1917 issue of the Armco Bulletin, a monthly publication "to facilitate an interchange of thought and suggestion, and to create a better understanding of the activities and problems of the Operating Department employees." This bulletin is focused on explaining the newly-offered life insurance plan for all Armco men and women. The pagination in this issue continues where the previous issue ended.
