English: A Marine with 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, based out of Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, calls for a Navy corpsman upon examining a simulated casualty at Kiwanis Park in Yuma, Ariz., Friday, Oct. 10, 2014. The medical examination was part of the massive casualty evacuation portion of the Assault Support Tactics 3 exercise, an event in the curriculum of Weapons and Tactics Instructor course 1-15, operated by Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron 1, based out of Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz. Technical Theatre majors at Yuma’s Arizona Western College contributed to the AST 3 by using cosmetics to create lifelike wounds on simulated causalities.
