Description |
English: Three archeologists stand above an archeological excavation at the Fort Pulaski cemetery. Three blue markers in the bottom left in the shape of small rectangles show where burials were once located, and a mass of red markers in the background mark the rest of the excavation site. In 1999, archeologists conducted an investigation of the Fort Pulaski cemetery. Their findings showed a total of thirty-seven burials and evidence of others that had since been removed.
