Deutsch: Das Wohngebäude Arche auf dem Areal des reformpädagogischen Landerziehungsheims Schule am Meer im Loog auf der ostfriesischen Insel Juist in Preußen. Die Arche wurde im Jahr 1927 errichtet, Architekt war vermutlich Josef Rings (1878–1957), dessen Sohn Werner Rings (1910–1998) vom 21. April 1926 bis zum 21. März 1929 (Abitur) die Schule am Meer besuchte. Die Arche beherbergte die Primaner, im Erdgeschoss die Jungen, im Dachgeschoss die Mädchen, jeweils in Einzelzimmern. Darin wohnten beispielsweise Felicitas Kestner (1914–2001, verh. Kukuck), Rolf Pappiér (1914–1998, nach Emigration Ralph Pappier), Werner Rings und Jens Rohwer (1914–1994). Im südlichen Teil der spiegelbildlich L-förmigen Arche lebte die Familie Dr. Paul Reiner (1886–1932) mit Ehefrau Anna Sara Reiner (1891–1972), geb. Hochschild und deren zuletzt vier Töchter Renate (1917–2003), Eva Maria (1919–1999), Ruth Elisabeth (1922–1948) und Karin (* 1931), außerdem die Lehrerin Leonore Luise Neumann (1879–1939), die im Gebäude Neufundland die jüngsten Schüler betreute. – Zum Zeitpunkt dieser frühen Aufnahme standen auf der hier abgebildeten östlichen Längsseite noch keine gemauerten Sitzbänke mit Holz-Sitzfläche an der Hauswand. |
