CLASSICAL CLUB ~~THE Classical Club is composed of upperclassmen and faculty members of the Greekand Latin departments who are interested in the study of the classics. The purposeof the Club is to further the study of classical languages and to promote good fellowshipamong the students in the department. Activities are intended to have both a social andcultural value. Meetings are held once a month at the various sorority houses. The programsconsist of Latin songs, games, short plays, and readings or discussions on classical subjectswhich are not treated fully in the class or lecture.
