| Description |
English: Approaching Low Light The holiday homes above the beach are protected by a concrete sea wall and a reinforcement of sea defences is planned for this section of coastline. Many of the wooden groynes are damaged and no longer serve their intended purpose. Where the sea wall ends, just northwest of the last holiday homes, the coastline is unprotected and a wide bay has formed between here and the village of Happisburgh (seen in the far distance, in adjacent grid square). |
