Description
English: An Apache helicopter pilot concentrates on simulator screens during training.

The Aviation Command and Tactics Trainer (ACTT) located at Middle Wallop in Hampshire is used by the Army Air Corps and ocassionally other armed forces for procedural Mission Command Training of pilots at crew,flight and sub-unit levels.

Supported by SME role players, aircrew are trained, assessed and evaluated in mission planning and execution.The ACTT is pre-dominantly used on the Operation Training Phase of the Army Pilots Course but has proven utility in the delivery of Mission Specific Training at Squadron level as part of a pre-deployment package.
