Nederlands: Neogotisch hoofdportaal (1903) van de Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekathedraal door Jean Baptist van Wint (1829-1906).
Op het onderste linteel ontwaken de mensen uit de dood. Het signaal wordt gegeven trompetblazende engelen van het Oordeel langs de zijkanten. Alle standen van de middeleeuwen zijn vertegenwoordigd. Ridders, gewone mensen en een monnik staan voor de adel, de burgerij en de geestelijkheid. Op het tweede linteel komt elke mens terecht op de weegschaal die door de aartsengel Michaël wordt gebruikt. De ziel van de mens wordt gewikt en gewogen, naargelang hoe de weegschaal doorslaat kom je in de hel (links van de engel) of in de hemel (rechts van de engel) terecht. De eigenlijke rechter van dat eindoordeel is Christus. Aan weerskanten van zijn troon worden het kruis (waaraan Hij gekruisigd werd) en de lans (waarmee Zijn hart werd doorboord) getoond als overwinningstekens.Het symboliseert de definitieve overwinning van Jezus op al het kwade en op de dood. In de archivolten staan heiligen die Hem eer betuigen. In de binnenste band staan engelen die zingen en musiceren, want in de hemel is er vreugde.
