Notes
English: The American built clipper ship Young America was in service between 1853 – 1886. She was built by William H. Webb in New York, and owned by George Howes & Co. She had principal dimensions of 239.6ft LOA x 43.2ft beam x 26.9ft draft and weighing 1,439 tons. Young America, sailed from Delaware Breakwater in 1886 and was never heard of again.[1]
