Description Edificio inaugurado en 1935 con el fin de albergar la Tenencia de Alcaldía del distrito de la Inclusa (antiguo distrito que englobaba a Lavapies). Fue realizado en estilo neobarroco por el arquitecto Francisco Javier Ferrero.
