Anglo-Scandinavian copper alloy buckle
Description
English: Cast copper-alloy Anglo-Scandinavian buckle. The buckle is D-shaped and has an elaborate decorated lip. The central portion of the lip is extended and is decorated with a long tendril or stem of a plant. Either side of this tendril running down to the pin bar is another curved tentril with scroll-like terminal at the upper end. The bar is oval in cross section. The pin is missing.
