Anglo-Saxon girdle hanger fragment
Description
English: Fragment of a copper alloy Anglo-Saxon girdle hanger. The hanger has a trapezoid plate with a pierced hole in either bottom corner. There are two side stems with incomplete terminals, and an incomplete central stem. The surface of one side of the plate is decorated with a perimeter of punched circles, and four larger punched circles evenly spaced around the centre.
