Description 170727-N-VJ282-130 NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (July 27, 2017) – Cmdr. Andria Slough, former commanding officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG 78), salutes Capt. Tate Westbrook, commodore, Destroyer Squadron 60, during a change of command ceremony July 27, 2017. During the ceremony, Cmdr. John Tobin relieved Slough as commanding officer. Porter, forward deployed to Rota, Spain, conducts patrols in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe.
