Andrew M. Stroth, J.D. (born November 28, 1967) is a civil rights lawyer and an American sports attorney. (1) Stroth is well regarded for his work representing professional athletes and television personalities, including Dwyane Wade, Donovan McNabb, Michael Vick, Brandon Marshall, Lovie Smith, Cheryl Scott, Samantha Chatman and Robin Robinson (2). Stroth is also recognized as a prominent leader in the modern day civil rights movement as an attorney for African American and Latino victims of police brutality. Andrew M. Stroth founded Action Injury Law Group, (www.actioninjurylawgroup.com), a national civil rights law firm that litigates Section 1983 lawsuits on behalf of victims of unconstitutional police shootings, excessive force, and police misconduct (1). Andrew also founded The Truth, Hope, and Justice Initiative, which shares the stories of mothers and families affected by police brutality.
