Print (copper engraving) by Steven van Lamsweerde from around 1650 to a drawing by H. Hoet from 1649, published in 1654 by Gerrit Nieuwenhuysen. With a 4-line Latin caption by Johannes Leusden.
Nederlands: Portret van Andreas Essenius, geboren 1620, hoogleraar in de theologie aan de Utrechtse hogeschool (1653-1677), overleden 1677. Te halve lijve rechts, in toga, in ovaal.
Prent (kopergravure) van Steven van Lamsweerde uit ca. 1650 naar een tekening van H. Hoet uit 1649, uitgegeven door Gerrit Nieuwenhuysen in 1654. Met een 4-regelig Latijns onderschrift van Johannes Leusden. |
