Deutsch: Vorderseite: M AV ANTU-NEINOC [U statt Ω]. Drapierte Panzerbüste des Caracalla mit Lorbeerkranz in der Rückenansicht nach r.

Rückseite: ΑΜBΛΑΔΕU-Ν ΛΑΚΕΔΑΙ-ΜΟ [U statt Ω]. Frontal stehender Dionysos, den Kopf nach l. gewandt. Er hält in der vorgestreckten r. Hand ein Gefäß (kantharos) und im l. Arm einen Thyrsosstab. Neben ihm l. steht ein Panther, r. ein kleiner Pan.

Kommentar: Auf der Münze verweisen die Bürger von Amblada auf ihre Abstammung von den Spartanern. Der Stolz auf diese Herkunft läßt sich auch in Sagalassos finden.
