Deutsch: Vorderseite: ΙΟΥ[ΛΙΑ] ΑΥ-[ΓΟΥ]CΤΑ. Drapierte Büste der Iulia Domna in der Brustansicht nach r.

Rückseite: ΑΜBΛΑ[ΔΕ]ΩΝ - [ΛΑ-Κ]ΕΔΑΙΜΟΝΙWΝ [W statt Ω]. Frontal stehende Tyche, den Kopf mit Polos nach l. gewandt. Sie hält in der gesenkten r. Hand ein Steuerruder, im l. Arm ein Füllhorn (cornucopiae). Beiderseits APΤ - ΦΙΛΟ.

Kommentar: Auf der Münze verweisen die Bürger von Amblada auf ihre Abstammung von den Spartanern. Der Stolz auf diese Herkunft läßt sich auch in Sagalassos finden. Die Beischrift APT ΦΙΛO auf der Münzrückseite wurde von F. Imhoof-Blumer und anderen als Abkürzungen von Beamtennamen gedeutet, während G. F. Hill und andere dieses zu 'Freunde der Artemis' (philoi Artemidos) ergänzen. Die singuläre Beischrift ΦΙΛΟCΟ(phos?) ΑΡΤΕΜΙΔ(os) auf einer weiteren Münze in Privatbesitz läßt diese Deutung Hills allerdings hinfällig werden: gemeint ist hier ganz offensichtlich eine Amtsbezeichnung.
