L'inscripció diu:

"A la sagrada deesa Victòria. Pels bàrbars de la tribu dels semnons o dels iutungs morts i posats en fuga, els dies vuité i sté abans de les calendes de maig, pels soldats de la província de Raetia i també pels de les Germànies i per la gent del poble. Alliberats molts captius itàlics. En compliment dels seus vots, Marcus Simplicius Genialis, com a cavaller que feia de Praeses, la va oferit amb el mateix exèrcit de bon grat. Dedicada el tercer dia anterior als idus de setembre de l'any en el qual foren cònsols el nostre senyor l'emperador August Pòstum i Honoracià."
