Deutsch: Die Überbauung, ein Handels- und Dienstleistungbaukomplex, des Franz-Josefs-Bahnhofes im Bereich Julius-Tandler-Platz//Althanstraße im 9. Wiener Gemeindebezirk Alsergrund. Ab Ende 1974 wurde der alte Bahnhof (1872 eröffnet und mehrfach umgebaut) abgerissen und anschließend die Überbauung nach einem Konzept der Architekten Kurt Hlaweniczka und Karl Schwanzer bis 1982 realisiert, wobei der Bahnhof selbst 1978 fertiggestellt war. Es war Wiens erster Bahnhof neuen Typus, bei dem der Eisenbahnbetrieb nur noch Teil eines Handels- und Dienstleistungskomplexes ist. |
