Description New Orleans, 1910. View from the new Maison Blanche Building looking lakewardswards and downriver towards Southern Railway freightyards (near where Municipal Auditorium is now). Buildings along Rampart Street (running diaganally from near bottom left) seen, including Our Lady of Guadelupe Church just right of center. A block further back, some buildings of Storyville can be seen, especially the 300 block of Basin Street, including Frank Toro's Saloon at the downtown lake corner of Basin and Bienville; the next block downriver is St. Louis Cemetery #1.
