RHUBARB, goat milk, beet, long pepper

Seven preparations of rhubarb. We didn't get a formal explanation of this, so I'll describe them based on my own impressions: - Cup of refreshingly tangy rhubarb juice, with a pretty flavorless bath-bead-type item inside. - A spicy fruit roll-up of rhubarbness. I quite liked this one, since I like combinations of sweet, sour, and spice. - A sour crunchy slice of what I think was pickled rhubarb. - Slightly spicy rhubarb foam on a leaf. - Sweet and sour goat milk jelly with rhubarb. - Rhubarb ice cream on a sweet pie crust -- yum! - A faux oyster preparation with anise foam.

Sue Wen: I'd never actually had rhubarb before outside of -and-strawberry pie. Overall, my favorite was probably the rhubarb juice at the beginning, but I liked most of these -- turns out I actually like rhubarb.

Kevin: Liked about 0/7

Elisa: Better than normal rhubarb.

Matt: Surprisingly not awful, given that rhubarb is one of the few ingredients in the world that I really hate, but still not "good".
