Description
English: PFSC conformation alignment for 1M2E-A and 25 conformers of 1M2F. The PFSC alignment is able intuitively to reveal the fragment with conformation stability or flexibility. In PFSC, typical -helices are remarked with red, alike -helices with pink, -strands with blue, alike -strands with light blue and the irregular tertiary folding shapes with black.
