Description
Català: Diner castellà, moneda de billó encunyada a Toledo. Regnat de Alfons VII de Lleó i Castella (1126-1157).
Español: Dinero castellano, moneda de vellón acuñada en Toledo durante el reinado de Alfonso VII de León y Castilla (1126-1157). En el anverso aparece un león mirando hacia la izquierda sobre una copa o cáliz, así como un roel estrellado arriba. En la parte inferior del inverso se ven unas letras "NE" cuya interpretación no está clara. En el reverso aparece una cruz con la leyenda "TOLETEST". Solo se conocen tres ejemplares como este dinero con una marca en forma de estrella, y este es el primer caso en el que se ha observado la leyenda "NE" debajo de la copa.
English: Castilian dinero, billon coin minted in Toledo during the reign of Alfonso VII of León and Castile (1126-1157). Legends: obverse "NE" (unknown meaning), reverse "TOLETEST".
