Rückseite: AVG O - TR [Verwildert]. Alexander III., r., in Rüstung, opfert vor dem Standbild des Apollon l., oben ein Adler mit Stierkopf.

Kommentar: Die Rs. nimmt bezug auf die angebliche (und unhistorische) Gründung der Stadt Alexandria Troas durch Alexander den Großen selbst: Ein Adler, der einen Stierkopf vom Himmel fallen läßt, bestimmt den Platz der neuen Stadt, und Alexander führt das Gründungsopfer durch.
