Description Albuca bracteata (syn.: Ornithogalum longibracteatum or Ornithogalum caudatum), collected on the north Mozambique coast in Mecufi district. Cultivated as "false sea onion" or "pregnant onion". Juice of the leaves is used traditionally as an aphrodisiac.
