Description
English: Alampur Shahi Jame Masjid at Alampur village in South 24 Pargana district. As per local history, the mosque was built during the regime of Shaista Khan, who served as Subedar of Bengal from 1663 to 1678 and from 1680 to 1688. The mosque is two storied with three domes. It has been renovated recently keeping the original structure intact.
