Description

Catch Report - 20/06/12 - Back Garden/Farmland Another good catch last night, but it could not compare to the previous night's haul. The weather is still relatively mild at nights with a low of 13c this morning. It was nice to get my second Phtheochroa inopiana (both photograped this morning as previous one was retained) it is a rarely encountered moth that most people are unfamiliar with as it looks pretty boring. New species for the year were Heart & Club, Mottled Beauty, Barred Straw and Thistle Ermine Myelois circumvoluta. Mottled Beauty is interesting because it's the first time i've recorded it before it's brother, the Willow Beauty. Catch Report - Braughing 20/06/12 - 2x 125w MV Robinson Trap
